How to transfer pay from work diary into "Get Paid"?

I manually added two hours to my work diary. So how and when would I get paid? It's already been 15 days and it hasn't dropped into my "get paid" slot.

After you manually log time ("add hours to your work diary"), you DO NOTHING.

Freelancers get paid AUTOMATICALLY for the time we add to the work diary.

But 15 days? That sounds odd. The time we log manually should appear within about 30 minutes at the latest on our Upwork -> Reports -> Overview screen. And it typically appears much faster.

Money should appear first in the "Work in Progress" box, and then in the "In review" box, and then in "Pending," and then finally in "Available"

Did you look there to see the progress of your money?

Thank you for your response! I just looked at the "overview" tab and saw that the payment is still pending. Would I have to continue waiting?

Hi Danbi,

I checked your account and it looks like the payments were added recently. There is a 5-day security period which applies to all payments and refunds on all contracts. after the 5-day security period, the funds should be available for you to withdraw.
