How to write a perfect cover letter

I am new to Upwork. I have applied for 14 jobs but I have not got a single interview. Can anyone check my profile and give me some suggestions on what I need to do? On the other hand, how can I make a perfect cover letter for getting a job?

Hey Bivhab, welcome aboard buddy, your profile doesn't exactly sell what you are applying for. Perhaps you should put some of those comprehensive writing skills that you talk about having, to work on your profile. 

You have to be a writer first, and then be a writer who understands optimizing content for SEO, if you lack writing skills, I personally would not hire you to write for me, others might.
