I am new here and a senior web developer with senior experience.

I've sent several proposals following the upwork academy, but there were not any response from clients.

So now I am confused and wonder if the "best proposal guideline" is right for the real world here.

Whoever has successful experience in writing bid proposals plz explain your secret for me and everyone new here.
