I CANT Withdrow my money, upwork cant recognize any of my payment method

Hello, im new on payment issues and everytime when i try to attach my payment account like Paypal and payoneer it fail.

I dont have a problem with payoneer because it is internal factors- not upwork problem. But paypal is my account for 3 years

Could you please let me know what problems you're having with your PayPal account? I see you've added it and everything looks okay. However, note that you need to allow 3 days for the newly added payment method to become active.

 i have a Paypal account for a very longtime, I put it on upwork to withdrow money, they say my upwork data does not match paypal data. Although the data is mine and the email is the same. Im dead
