I Haven't received my withdrawal.

Hi - I didn't receive my earning i pushed them over on 7th (last week) didn't get it yet. amount is $24 

This was my first earning because before that i was working under a team n upwork, I've used my brother's bank account details to withdraw money, I've wired his bank details on upwork, I also buy connects on the same master card. Please resolve this issue asap. 

I called bank's helpline they asked me to reach out to you to resolve this issue.

I checked and can confirm the transaction you're referring to was successful on our end. Please note that Direct to Local Bank transfers take between 4 to 5 business days to arrive at your bank. If more than 8 business days have passed and you still haven't received your funds, please follow up with us and we'll initiate a trace for you.
