Hi Fam,

I just received an email that I'm almost up for Rising Talent, but when I opened it, it showed some info about direct contracts. I'm hurt! What was that? Is Upwork playing with my feelings?

I'm also attaching  screenshots. Kindly help.

Hi Taiba,

Could you please correct me if I`m wrong, but the title of the email on your screenshot is referred to the direct contracts and not to our Rising Talent badge?

I would also like to confirm, once qualified you will receive an email confirmation, the badge will be awarded on your profile in up to 48 hours. To learn more about the requirements check out this Help Article. Thank you.

Yes but you can see YOU ARE ALMOST RISING TALENT under the heading
