I am new to Upwork. When I respond to a Proposal, I got a video link and gmail adress to correspond directly to the client. What do I do?

Nothing. That's a scam. Never give out your email address.

It's very likely that's a scam, but it also doesn't have to be.

Sarah didn't say that she was asked for an email address, but that she received an email address from a client. Too little detail is shared to know enough.

On almost every proposal I respond...... I got links to click on to watch video......or they send link to contact them direct via telegram.  I immediately found that suspicios and flag the proposal as inappropriate.

I trust that is what I should do.

Improve your profile, and try to specialise in something other than data entry. There are already way too many data entry freelancers on Upwork.
