I am a professional with excellent skills and I am not getting work on upwork

Hi everyone 

I have been actively pursuing work on upwork since this August and have custom applied to more than 100 proposals. I only got 3 low price jobs (5 star rating, total of $47). For the past 60-70 proposals, I got only 1 interview. 

Can someone suggest some strategy, as I am about to give up working on upwork.

I am using the earnings for buying connects, applying for jobs and not getting any answers.

Since countries have differing accounting standards, you should say which countries you are qualified for.
