I am a Venezuelan electrical engineer with more than 40 years of experience both in plant operation and maintenance and in the engineering design and commissioning of international Oil&Gas, Pharma, Chemical, Refinery and industrial projects (Venezuela, USA, Mexico, Belize, Colombia, Brazil, Spain and Italy).
