Well depends on what you mean by min time.
I don't think there is a short-cut to starting a great upwork career. You need to do your homework and research your competition, then produce a compelling and flawless profile and take tests. After that you can thoroughly study job postings that fit your skills, select them carefully, and write catchy proposals that are highly individual and tailored to the specific job post.
It's a lot of work. It will get easier when you have more routine.
Always show the client professionalism and respect without being deferential. One small thing you can do better is not use unneccessary abbreviations, I think it is very disrespectful to the reader if you don't even have enough time to write the complete word. But that's just me, it's a pet peeve of mine, others might not mind or even notice, but if I were a client, I would have skipped your proposal immediately because of that.
