I am not able to complete my Upwork profile

Hi, I am new to upwork and for some reason i am not able to complete my profile. It is stuck on the english proficiency part and also in availability part and it is not giving me any choices. Below is a screenshot of what i mean.IMG_20190321_010343.jpg
