Hi. My name is Ann. I am new in UpWork. I am not able to submit a proposal. It's showing an error message..
Please update your address. After updating my address it's still saying the same error. I have cleared my cache, opened the new incognito browser but I still have the problem. Please help me to fix that problem.

Hi Anahit,
Please, Go to the Account menu > Settings > Click "My Info" to edit your location (not the Invoice) using pencil icon on the right side, and then click on the field above the street field which is greyed, click the one with text ''Start typing your address'' and you will be able to update your address information.
