I am stuck on Create Profile page because I can't edit my country

I started creating my profile when I was California but didn't finish. I am now trying to complete my profile in Singapore but I'm unable to edit my country and address to my current address. Please help, thank you.

Go to your Settings> Contact Info> Location to change your country.

You need to have your actual location on your account in order to continue working on Upwork.
