I am taking upwork readiness test but it's automatic skip all my question.

I am taking upwork readiness test but it's automatic skip all my question and the result is faild every time. Now I am affraid to retake this test. Please suggest me how to resolve this problem also this failed have any impact to my account for getting raising talent. Please see the attachment.

My problem is solved by upwork support team. They send me below instruction.

 

Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

Clear cache/cookies on your current browser

Try using “Incognito” or “Private” mode on your browser

Try using a different browser. We support Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari.

Note: Internet Explorer is no longer supported.


If the above options do not resolve the issue, please:

Click on this link: https://Upwork.com/clearcookies

Click “Yes, Clear Cookies”

Then restart your browser


Once you've done these steps. Log back to your account and go this link: https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/settings/readiness-test/

Dear,
Change the time of your machine (laptop or pc) to set as automatic.

Hi, I am facing issue is that i am trying to do upwork readiness test but unfortunately when i start test it start working automatic and within seconds it generate result to fail. I tried it almost five times and same result. Please give me a solution and is there any negative point to get failed status five times in readiness test

i tried with other browser but faced same issue

Adjust the Date/time of your system to automatic.

it is already autoset

Use the chrome browser and clear all the cookies and then reenter your
profile and try to take the test.

The same issue happend to me. This is what I did: 

 

Cleared everything, Cache, cookies, history two times. 

Closed browser (Using Google Chrome up to date version)

Opened Browser again and logged in

Same isuue

 

I also used this link to clear cookies but nothing helped:

Can you please assist how can I contact support or open a ticket?

Upwork Readiness test automatically keeps refreshing test pages and sending to the next page after every 10 mili seconds and giving result at the end you are fail.
