I am unable to submit my profile

I have completed my profile but am unable to submit it. More than a week since I was told this was being fixed. Attached is a copy of the e-mail I was sent. Can you please tell me what is happening?

Andrew, please know that I'm attempting to be of assistance to you with the comment that I'm about to make.  Smiling in your Profile photo can be very helpful.  You look sort of grumpy in the current one.
