I can not assign a team member to a proposal.

I can not assign a team member to a proposal.

I created a team and added members on it. But when I tried to submit a proposal and choose the team it shows "Null".

Need help.

Please, make sure that you've selected a team you have added agency members to. Also, the agency member has to have an approved profile.

As you can see on the screen shot I selected the team and there are members on the team but it still shows null.

I'm having the same problem in my agency account. I have 4 non exclusive members under my agency account but I can only assign a proposal to only one them. Let me know what to do about this. Thank you!

Please note that, in order to be able to send proposals on behalf of the agency, an agency member's profile needs to be approved.

he/she won't be able to work unless his/her account is approved?

I thought one's account gets approved once invited to an agency, since they
will only be working as part of an agency and not as an individual
freelancer.

I cannot assign proposal to an exclusive member.

That's right, even if the freelancer is an exclusive member of an agency, they will still need to go through the normal profile review and approval process. They will only be able to send proposals and have proposals sent on their behalf if their profiles are approved.

I wonder why though my colleague cannot get her account approved. I think
she tried twice. We almost have the same skill sets and she even has a
masters degree. Teaming up in upwork is one of our goal in making an agency.

Anyway, I will ask her again to revisit her profile and get back to you.
