I can not give the option Set Up Profile

I created my profile in upwork.com. I have  registration with email: **Edited for Community Guidelines**.   I received a message from you with text: Set Up Profile. 

I can not give the option Set Up Profile, because  the system says that the page was not found. My profile isn't approved.

What can be done to I have a public profile? I want to work in upwork. Can you help me?

Please make sure to enter your full address and postal code before selecting the Review Application button at the bottom of the page. Please clear your cache and cookies and try resubmitting your profile again if you're still experiencing problems and follow up here with an update. Good luck!
