I'm new to upwork.

I got my refunded connects, But I can't use it! I don't know why? 

Is there anyone who can explain the reason?

Hi Md Hasib,

I see that you are currently an exclusive agency member, which means that you currently work on Upwork only as part of the agency, and as an exclusive member you do not have a  individual Connects balance. Feel free to check this help article for more details.
