I can't bid for project even when my profile is 100% completed.

I can't bid for project. My profile have been approved and my profile is 100% completed. It keeps saying that I must complete my profile to bid

Yes. I don't know what I did to submit those two successful. This is a more recent screenshot I took just now. This is what shows when I try to bid

I'm having the exact same problem.  My profile is 100% and I'm approved, but I still can't bid? Please help.
