Hi,

I am a new freelancer on upwork and i just created new profile. I put all the fields required and submitted my profile. But it is said that my profile doesn't not meet upwork guidelines. I read the guidelines several times and changed my profile according to it. But it is still remaining the same. Please help me! Please let me know what other changes i need to make. Thanks.

Hi Emma, You can send messages to a client if they have offered a job or contract with you or if you have existing jobs with them. You cannot initiate chat or send messages for clients that still don't have a contract with you in Upwork. Hope this helps.
