I can't buy connect with my paypal

I recently added my paypal as billing method, and tried to buy connects.

My paypal has enough money on balance, but purchase process was not completed due error. Upwor asked me to add alternative payment or try again later.

I tried several times, but always same

Please help me.

But my paypal was verified and added to upwork successfully.

And I have enough money on my balance.

Then I can't buy connects using paypal.

Could you please check your PayPal account and the preferred payment methods you have set in your Wallet. You may also contact PayPal customer support to check if your account is set up correctly.

Meantime, you can add an alternative billing method in your account payment options.
