I can't change my address (within US)

I recently graduated and moved, and my address is my university address. Therefore, it is not the correct address and I need to change it. I am not able to change it unless I provide W-9 tax information, type in a business name (I don't have a business, I'm a freelancer). Can someone please help me change my location and address?

I'm not quite sure why this process is so difficult. Thank you!

Could you please try to update your address using a different browser? You can also proceed with filling in your W-9 Form. For your Legal Name, kindly use your own name if you are not filing as a company entity. If you need further assistance, please let us know. Thanks!
