I can't finish creating my account because someone had my cell phone number

Someone used my cell phone number on their Upwork account.  Now I have that cell phone number and Upwork won't let me use it.

How to I contact Upwork about this?  Don't tell me to use the help section as it is completely useless.  There isn't even an e-mail address there.
