I can't get a job

Hi ,I have been registered in up work for more than 3 months but I still don have a job. I had done dozens of proposals but no one respond to me or send me any message and I still don't know why,I work as a translater and I find few good jobs but still no one ever return to me,I'm new to up work and don't have alot of experience in it so I don't know what's the wrong thing I'm doing;mybe my profile but still I don't get what's wrong .can you help me?
