I can't "Submit My Profile"

Hi there,

I was setting up my profile and on the last screen to review everything and click Submit for submitting the profile, clicking the "Submit my profile" provided me with an error. The error message was saying "something is wrong. Try again or contact support." I've tried multiples times with clearing my cookies, switching browsers, restarting my computer; and none of those worked. I tried to chat with the bot and it kept telling me that a ticket has bene created but I haven't heard from anyone yet. Could you please help?

Yes, I can confirm you were able to submit a number of support tickets regarding this. Please allow some time for our team to review, merge and update you directly via ticket as soon as possible.
