I cannot Login / Signup with my Google Account

It shows the Error 

Google account g...@gmail.com is not recognized for Google Sign-In on Upwork. Please make sure you are using the same account that you have previously linked.

when i sign up 

and it says 

Account already in user

Hello, I have the same problem.. I have just deleted my account to change it from client then I'm trying to sign up using the same account but it doesn't... and when I try to sign in it says that such an account does not exist.

Hello, I am having the same issue as the original poster for this thread, my gmail that I had previously used for my upwork account says that it is not connected with an upwork account. I haven't received any emails regarding this and I have checked my spam folder.

Hello Nikola

Even I am facing the same problem with my previous account. It shows "Google account s...0@gmail.com is not recognized for Google Sign-In on Upwork. Please make sure you are using the same account that you have previously linked". I had to create this new account just so that i can post this complain. Kindly solve my issue.

Hi! I have the same issue. I can log in with my email but not my google account. Except it give an error code. "not recognised on upwork". My email and my google account are not the same.

I see you didn't activate the Google Sign-In on your account so you can only log in with your email address. Could you please share more information about your issue? Are you referring to another account?

Hi,

I am also same problem I can't login with my account so I created a new one for contacting with you guys.

When I try to login with my google account it shows me error like this: 

'Google account <email> is not recognized for Google Sign-In on Upwork. Please make sure you are using the same account that you have previously linked.'

 

And I even can't create a new account with that email its says there's already an account with this email.

Please just help me in getting back my original account, after that i will delete this account.

Yesterday only i signed up with my account**Edited for Community Guidelines**" and found that i mistakenly signed up with wrong account type, wanted a freelancer account but signed up with client account.

So i closed my account , when i was trying to sign up, it was saying that the account is already in use.

Just opened this account to ask for solution, i will delete this account after getting back my original account.

Your original account is now reopened. Once you're logged in you can go to Settings and create your freelancer profile. After that our team can assist you with closing the client profile and you will continue only as a freelancer. Thank you.
