I cannot add custom skill that is not in the list... like angular 2

I am trying to add a skill like "Angular 2/4/6", ".NET Core", "TypeScript" etc... but I only get the message that my skill is saved and does not appear in the list.

Your custom skills would not show rightaway but maybe in future Upwork will add them based on suggestions as you made it.
