I was adding stuff to portfolio but it does not go beyond letting me choose a title
the circled section is not accessible, any idea why ?

Could you try to clear your cache and cookies or log in via another browser to add your portfolio item? Thank you.

I tried clear browser history and signed out and then signed in again, still same situation.
I can add my previous work right? I mean the work that I have not done thru upwork

yes I have, it only has a cancel button and nothing else for me to move forward
