I did not receive my purchased connects. Money was deducted from my debit card balance.

I have purchased connects today and money was deducted from my debit card balance but no connects were added to my account. Please contact me and help me with my issue. Thank you.

I just checked this for you and purchased connects were added to your account. You can check this under your Connects History

No, I did not receive the other purchase. I purchased twice. I received two
SMS confirmations for 2 different purchases and my balance was deducted.
The $12 purchase I made did not reflect in my connects balance.
