I didn't receive a text message verification code

I pushed the verify phone number button and have yet to receive my verication code. Will someone from the admin team please contact me.

Hi Belynda,

 

I checked and it doesn't look like you are required to complete the phone verification process at the moment. The team will let you know if there is a need for any verification process in the future.

I am making a new account, and as far as I know I have closed all of the other ones I can think of. However when verifying my new account it says that my phone number is still being used, so I need to get this resolved. Thanks for your time.

I dont have access anymore to the phone number associated in my account. How can I change this if there is a security code that is being send to that old number whenever I try changing my phone number in the settings?

Hi there,

I had made an Upwork profile in college, but I believe that account is still associated with my phone number. I have, unfortunately, discarded the password to that email. I am just hoping to either change the email of my old account or dissociate my phone number with the old account and start anew. Whichever option that works with your protocols will work for me. I'd be happy to verify ID with a specialist.

I appreciate your time in assisting with my stupid question and look forward to a solution at your convenience.

I am on the final step where it asks for your phone number and I am getting the error message that my phone number is already in use. Hi I have a problem in getting paid because I choose "Get Paid" it will prompt a verification code to my old cellphone number which is almost lost. And I already edit my cellphone number in Upwork almost early in 3 months but they are not updating my cellphone number. How can I change my new contact or cellphone number so that the verification code will be sent to my new cellphone number. Please give an action on these I want to get paid on the work I done
