I didn't receive a text message verification code

I pushed the verify phone number button and have yet to receive my verication code. Will someone from the admin team please contact me.

Hello.  As the subject says, I have a new phone number and need to update it in my profile. Unfortunately, the 2 factor auth code goes to my old (disconnected) number.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not getting the 6 digit verification code to my phone or email any longer.Ealier it did.

Hello.

 

I made an Upwork account a few years ago to try my hand at freelancing. I browsed around some, but never actually took any jobs. I recently decided to join again. Before creating a new account, I logged in to my old one and closed the account so that I wouldn't have any issues. Unfortunately, my phone number is still registered as being in use. As I do not have another phone number, I need to go about resetting/reverifying mine somehow. 

 

I am unable to find a support email anywhere, which is perplexing to me, given the popularity of this platform. If anyone is able to help, or can send me in the right direction on who to contact, please let me know. Thank you!

Hi, I tried to complete my profile but whenever I log in my phone number it says "Phone number is in use by another account". I don't recall using this number or anyone use my number as to my knowledge. Is there any solution to troubleshoot the issue? Thank you for the help.

Hi im trying to register in Upwork but it keeps saying my phone number is already in use. Its from an old account years ago that i do not have or know the email to that account. Is there someone who can help me with this?
