Hello, I'm new to Upwork. I'm a student from the UK and I don't yet pay taxes, so I have no tax return. But to withdraw money on upwork I need to fill out a form with my tax details. What do I do?

Which part of the form is giving you trouble? Does it ask for something only people who have filed taxes would have?

Are you referring to your W8BEN form? You just need to fill this in with your legal name, your address to signify that you are not a U.S. person. You may read more about it here.
