30 connects isn't much; it's totally normal if a new freelancer has to bid on a lot of jobs before getting hired. You've got some nice work in your portfolio, but you should add at least 6 more items, if you can. And your profile overview isn't bad, but you could definitely improve it by focussing more specifically about what sets you apart from other designers and how you can help clients.

If you've worked in a print shop, then you could talk a little more about that. Designers who use Adobe CS are a dime a dozen, but I bet that many of the freelancers on Upwork know nothing about the printing process. If you can recommend the best stock to use, provide advice on different coatings, etc. then say so. Any specialised skills will give you an advantage.

I also suggest that you don't waste your time applying for logo projects, because there's too much competition; focus on brochures and flyers instead.

Fast of all thank you so much Christina Smiley Happy, Hope you are well and at home.

I lost my local job last month because of the corona, Now I'm worried about my family. That's why I came to Upwork. I have a lot of experience that I can use on Upwork. I have been working with print design since I was 15 years old. I got a job very quickly, in 2010, because of my work skills. Freelancing was not done due to the job.

I have one more questions

Can I add a link to my proposal?

E.g. Behance and dribble portfolio link.

I hope your suggestions will come in handy.

Thanks.

Hi Tashrif,

Yes you can share your portfolio websites/links in your proposal. Please keep in mind that you`re not allowed to add a portfolio website on your profile if contact information are listed. Thank you.
