I have US ITIN, LLC and EIN, I created US-based account with EIN, for ID Verification will I use my country ID I don't have a US ID? Is it allowed to create an account on Upwork with Company TAX ID?

Setting your profile as being in the US if you're not is strictly forbidden. You must set your location to where you actually physically are, or you risk having your account suspended and being banned.

Your profile must describe you (only) and not an agency, and if you live in Pakistan, attending the University of South Florida is rather unlikely, also.

And if you live in Delaware as your profile says, your time zone is pretty crazy.  Also, you appear to be an agency posing as a freelancer.  I strongly suggest you clean up the inacuracies before you get permanently banned.
