I have an agency plus account I do not always see competitor bids - why?

I have an agency plus account I do not always see competitor bids - why is that? Competitor bids appear sometimes but not always.

I checked this for you and everything looks fine! Please note that once the job has enough proposals, the information about the lowest, highest and average bids should be displayed. It may take a few minutes for the posting to update and show that information.
