I have connects but I am not able to apply proposal,

whenever I am trying to apply the proposal it will redirect and send proposals from my Agency's Account.

I checked your account and would like to confirm that you don't have available Connects at the moment and you're an exclusive member of your agency. Exclusive members can only send proposals using the Connects of the agency pool. To view more details about your Connects go to Settings > Membership & Connects. Thank you.

I woul like to close my agencies connected with my freelance account
because whenever I am applying the proposal it will apply from agencies
account which is not having connect
