I have delivered all the files to my client and he has only released some payment from the full.

Hello,

I have been working with this client recently and have worked on an image for him for the last three days. I even attended his meetings to know his needs and learn the requirements. After the final version of the file, he has now shared some parts of the original amount. I have done everything he asked for, yet he has done this to me. 

Please, someone from the team, gives me priority on the case. And help me out here?

Are you referring to this contract? If so, it looks like the client explained why he's asking for a refund. However, how you wish to respond to the refund request and how you want to move forward with this contract is up to you. You have seven days to either approve or not approve the refund and file a dispute. If you do not reply to the refund request within seven days, the funds from Escrow will be returned to the client.
