I have done my work - but I haven’t been paid.

Hi,

I’ve been trying to contact someone for a while I regards to a project that I completed over 2 weeks ago and I haven’t been paid for.

On my account it says the payment has been rolled out, however it’s not been put into my bank account - I’m not sure what else to do as I’ve not been able to reach customer service.

If anyone could help with this, I’d really appreciate it.

Hi Goran,
Yes I am talking about withdrawing the funds. On Upwork it’s noted that the payment has been sent to my bank account but it hasn’t.
