I have not received Rising Talent

Hi,

I have been working on UpWork for over a month. Have 2 ongoing jobs and one completed job with a 4.85 rating. I have earned more than $300 but haven't received the rising star badge. Can someone help me out here?

The 4.85 rating probably rated you down in private (maybe 8 or 9) and knocked you out of eligibility.

That's weird, the client was happy with the work. But yeah, probably the only explanation. Sigh.
