Hi, I have applied to multiple projects. How long does it takes for a client to hire a freelancer normally?

And i dont know the reason why am i not getting hired by clients. Is my profile is bad or what? As i have already completed profile 100%. and added my portfolio too. can you please visit my profile or please tell the reason of not getting hired.
