I have100% profile and 70 proposals sent review my profile for rising star

Hello Upwork,

I have made over $200 +  in just two weeks my profiles 100%. Don't i deserve a badge maybe. Secondly, I have over 70 proposals submitted and I see some are already more than 10 days old.Can they be canceled maybe?
