I lost my connects

Hi! It's been few months I have not been bidding but I do not have more than 10 connects now. I should have more connects because I have not used for may previous months. Can you please inform me about this issue?

Hi Subhan,

You have Connects on your freelancer profile, but as an Exclusive member of the agency, you can only use the agency's membership plan. The agency would need to change your status from Exclusive to Non-Exclusive so you can use your freelancer profile or leaving the agency.
