I lost rising talent badge after acount verification

Hello

How are you upwork community?

Due to client issue, I had to verify my account again with detail information since my account had been suspended.

I had worked with the client only in upwork as a hourly project.

However, the client didn't respond to upwork at all.

and it delayed my account suspension for over 2 weeks.

Finally, my account has been fully restored and now I can submit my proposal again.

By the way, I couldn't see my rising talent badge and the feedback which I got from the client.

of course, all the money I lost, which I got paid from the client.

Please let me know about this issue.

Note: it was hourly project and I tracked time with every memos for each task.

I sent ticket to support team about that.

I can see another developer who got feedback from the client for the same project 
Since he hired 2 developers for that project.
But I can't see neither feedback nor payment which I got from the client.

 

Please help me so I can get the payment for 2000 usd.

Too slow response from them.

and it seems that they don't want to solve my issue.

My account had been suspended for over 2 weeks due to client issue.

However, I lost my rising talent badge and earnings from the client after my account has been fully restored.

Please help me
