I'm a US Person living in Portugal who is going to use my Portuguese business to bill clients

Hello, I am looking to fill in my tax information.  I am currently located in Portugal where i have a Portuguese business. 

I am a US citizen, but I am using my Portuguese business to bill for my services.  Can you please help me in setting up my tax information.  The question, "I am not (or the beneficial owner is not) a U.S. person" does apply to me, but I will not be earning the income in the US since I am living in Portugal and will be using my Portuguese business to bill my clients.

Thanks Nina, Yes, I'd like to speak with someone directly.  I want to make sure that taxes are only paid in Portugal.
