A client messaged me to contact their company agent because I'm new, and I don't know how to contact the company agent. After some time, the message got disappeared. Kindly assist me in the matter.

It's a scam. The message probably disappeared because Upwork removed it.  If any client asks you to contact them outside Upwork before you have a proper Upwork contract in place, you must inform the "client" that this is against Upwork's terms of service.  Read this thread about how to avoid scams: https://community.upwork.com/t5/Community-Blog/Top-Red-Flags-for-Scams-From-Community-Member-Wes-C/b...

I have one more question: Why my Upwork account is showing "Your proposal to the job "PDF to words" was declined." on 14 May? Though I have already submitted my work today as per their guidelines.
Kindly help.

Also Can you please help me to find genuine work here, if possible?

Because it was a scam. Upwork deleted the job.

It is clear that you have not read  any of the links I gave you.  Do not ever do any work, or even start it,  for anyone who invites you unless  you have  a formal Upwork contract in place, where both you and the client agree to the terms of payment, and initially, do not ever agree to a bonus payment. 

I urge you to learn how the site works, before you apply for any more jobs, and if you are offered a job, make sure the client is aware of Upwork's rules.
