I'm new to upwork , any advices to how to approach projects ?

Hi Everyone

I'm new in upwork , actually I've done a lot of IT projects but sadly when i apply here most of them doesn't reply , I hope to consider those who doesn't get any reply of these wasted connects or fix this issue because it effects both of us the freelancer + project owner.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't been getting response to your proposals. Submitting proposals doesn't always guarantee that you will get hired or interviewed, but you shouldn't give up on sending proposals to potential clients. When you apply for jobs, make sure your proposal is well written and that you're absolutely qualified and certain of your ability to complete the job you're applying for.
