I'm from Pakistan. I'm a professional System administrator. I was hired by Govt in 2016 on a Contract basis for IT Infrastructures across the country. In this long journey, I have completed many projects in this duration.

I created my account a long time ago but active on my account recently.

I'm not getting responses from clients after sending them porposals.

Kindly let me know how to fix it.

You will not get jobs with the feedback from your one job. Refund it and make it disappear. Nobody is going to hire you with this on your profile, your rate, and no portfolio. 

Don't send proposals until you have that fixed.
