I need help for my Freelancing journy

Greetings;

I'm Koorosh and I was working in Upwork for less than two months in 2018. Now I'm back here for like 6 days. I keep sending propsals but no interview comming to me. I have no idea why because back then I was successful in convinving clients to hire me or consider my propsal. Now I have 2 years more experience in this field but after sending 45 propsals I havn't been hired even once. I can't understand the reason. Can someone help me please?
