Hello. Today is my payment day and I have not been able to withdraw the money. It asks me several times to fill out the W8 from and my methods appear inactive

Thank you for reaching out to us. I would like to clarify that to be able to withdraw earnings, you need to complete a W9 Form. All freelancers who are U.S persons should file a Form W-9 with Upwork (all others should file a Form W-8BEN). You sign electronically by submitting the form.
