I need to set up a video verification to release the hold, but system doesn't send me the email

Hello everyone, 

My account is currently on hold because upwork requires me to do video verification. Which is fine but the automated message keeps telling me to click on the link provided in the email and I don't receive anything. Anyone had similar problem? or knows how to successfuly setup(request) a video verification?

This should have led you to a page where you can chat with a Support Agent and proceed with the video-chat verification. I wanted to check if you have tried clearing your cookies or use a different browser to see if the issue persists?

I had two video verification chat, but my account wouldn't update and release from hold. Anyone with similar situation?
